The Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) has chosen to renew their managed print services contract along with their existing fleet of multifunction print devices with 4 Office for another term. Streamlining Print Operations: 4 Office and Lexmark Partner to Deliver Cost Savings and a Whole Lot More to the LCBO

In order to increase efficiency and reduce cost, the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) undertook an initiative to streamline its printing practices in 2008. Phase II of its Managed Print Services (MPS) project involved replacing its Multi-function Devices (MFDs) and printers at its warehouses, offices and 629 retail locations across Ontario.

COST SAVINGS & SUSTAINABILITY: The LCBO saves some green with Managed Print Services.

When the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) decided to manage and consolidate their imaging fleet in 2008, the savings realized were significant. The organization managed to reduce energy costs by an estimated 58 percent and print related energy costs by 40 percent.
