4 Office Implements Managed Print for the City of Kingston.

The city of Kingston wanted better control and transparency over their print related costs. 4 Office was able to accommodate by taking over the management of an existing fleet of print devices, while replacing outdated models with low cost per print, environmentally friendly multifunctionals. Intelligent swipe cards have been enabled (via P Counter) which allow staff to send and pick up their print jobs at any device, and which also allows the tracking of print jobs to individual departments and users.
