4 Office Automation Ltd. is pleased to announce the successful completion of a managed print services rollout at Conestoga College. This project saw the implementation of a comprehensive managed print solution that included the provision of new Kyocera multifunctional printers, in addition to the servicing of the college’s existing printer fleet.
The managed print solution, designed and implemented with 4 Office, employs a paper cut print management system to help the College control and monitor their printing costs. The solution also included charge-back functionality, enabling the college to accurately track and allocate printing expenses to individual departments or users.
By implementing this solution, Conestoga College is able to reduce waste and optimize its printing operations, while also achieving significant cost savings. We are proud to be a part of this ambitious project and look forward to serving and supporting the College into the future.
